Join Dr. Samara Grossman on Sunday, November 22 at 12:30pm for an interactive exploration of film and the American Jewish experience. We’ll examine Jewish identity, family, tradition, assimilation, and the tensions between generations. Moving beyond traditional film discussion, participants will step into characters’ shoes, act out selected scenes, and uncover the cultural connections, humor, and complexities woven into Jewish life in America. Together, we’ll explore how film reflects our evolving relationship with our heritage, our families, and what it means to be Jewish in America today.
